This form is provided under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation so that you are informed before buying a credit pack.

2. Product

Digital credit packs used to unlock the watermark-free version of the pictures you create on Pics2Pics / Resimden Resim. There is no subscription; the only product is the credit pack. A credit is a usage unit deducted from your balance when you unlock a watermark-free picture; it is not money.

• Packs and prices (in US dollars) are shown on the Pricing page and on the purchase screen; any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
• How many credits a watermark-free picture costs is shown on the Pricing page and on the download button.
• Credits never expire while they remain in your account. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• If a picture you unlocked with credits came out defective, report it under My account › My downloads to get its credits back immediately (once per picture, at most 3 times a month; details in the Cancellation and Refund Terms).
• Pictures you unlock are kept in your account for 30 days, during which you can download them again for free. After that the file is deleted; any copy you downloaded stays with you.

3. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment is taken as a single charge by Paddle; prices are in US dollars. Your card details are not passed to us or stored by us.

4. Delivery

The product is digital; there is no physical delivery. Once payment is confirmed, credits are usually added to your account within seconds and appear on the My account page. There is no shipping fee.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Credits are digital content: by completing the purchase you expressly ask for them to be added to your account immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for credits you use (that is, once you unlock and download a watermark-free picture with them). Credits you have not used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase as described in the Cancellation and Refund Terms.

6. Complaints

You can send requests and complaints to the contact details above. Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live within the monetary limits set yearly by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and above those limits before the Consumer Courts.
