Service

Pics2Pics / Resimden Resim creates mosaics and AI-generated scenes from the photo you upload. By using the site you accept these terms.

Photos and personal rights

• For mosaics, upload only your own photos or photos of people who have explicitly given you permission. You are responsible for the photos you upload.
• Scenes can be made only with your own face, from the live camera with a liveness check; files can't be uploaded. Trying to get around the check or holding up someone else's face (a photo, a screen, a mask, etc.) to the camera is prohibited.
• You may not use the service to mislead, defame or harass anyone, to create fake identities, or to produce unlawful content.
• Trying to create inappropriate content from photos of minors is strictly forbidden; the system refuses such requests and they may be reported to the authorities.

Created pictures

• Pictures are created by AI and automated software; they differ each time and may contain unexpected mistakes.
• Pictures created for free carry a transparent logo (watermark) in the middle. The watermark-free version is unlocked with credits and kept in your account for 30 days.
• You may use and share the pictures you create for personal purposes; respecting the rights of the people in them is your responsibility. Mosaic tiles and scene images come from the site's library and may not be copied or sold separately.

Account

• Opening an account and making payments is for users aged 18 and over.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
• You can close your account and ask for your data to be deleted at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Paid features

There is no subscription. The only paid product is a credit pack; credits are spent only to unlock the watermark-free version of pictures. Packs and prices are on the Pricing page. Purchase terms are in the Pre-Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle at checkout.

Unacceptable use

• Scraping the site with automated tools, overloading it, or trying to get around daily limits or security measures.
• Using someone else's account or giving misleading identity details.

Liability

The site is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. Users are responsible for how they use and share the pictures they create.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
